Our Mission

At Viridian Financial Group, our aim is to help people live the lives they choose – but we understand that for many people, that’s not possible. Launched in 2018, the Viridian Foundation helps staff, clients, and the wider community make a difference in moments that matter. We believe that it’s important to help whoever we can right now, but critical to ensure that we can continue to provide support into the future. Through the Foundation, we can leverage a public ancillary fund structure to create an impact for those that need it most – and an impact that will stand the test of time.

Milestones that Matter

It’s been an inspired year for the Viridian Foundation, with donations nearing $650,000 and an additional $100,000 in direct gifts. For the first time, funds granted to charities exceeded donor revenue — a milestone made possible with operating costs below 0.3%. More than 2,600 volunteer hours were contributed this year, including Pro Bono financial advice and the 100th Cancer Council referral. Our flagship W4R Step Challenge has now raised $675,000, funding the APRISE early detection program across 32 hospitals. We’re deeply grateful for the generosity that continues to drive real impact.
